I saw an article about a man being arrested for a $400,000 jewellery heist in Siem Reap. I'm curious to know how he managed to pull off such a large heist.

If I had to make an educated guess, I'd say he probably committed the theft when the market was closed. The roll down gates and padlocks used by these places make it unlikely that goods are manually transported every night. It's possible he had a connection to the security team.
