Are there any restrictions on where you can get Smart Fiber+ setup?

I'm looking at getting Smart Fiber+ once I've located an apartment, but want to see if certain apartments might not allow it, or is it often a situation where, if Smart says it can be installed, they don't care?

I've had issues with apartments not allowing installations due to existing agreements with certain companies, such as the one I used to live in, which had a rose apple tree on the property.

It ultimately depends on the apartment block's ownership and management. Many are privately owned, so if the owner is agreeable, you can proceed. I had Metfone fibre installed at my first place, which is located on the third floor. The installation involved running the cable along the property boundary wall and then lifting it up to my window. Larger strata blocks like Rose Apple Square and some boreys might be more restrictive.
