I own a guesthouse in Santurce and my electricity bill is more than my apartment. The bill claims I use over 3000 kw but only have two mini splits and they run at 75. My landlord doesn't care and Luma won't respond. I've reduced usage by 15 percent last month but the bill went way up because of fuel charges. Does anyone know any way to combat this?
