Phoenix hit and run on Missouri & 8th place / 7th street - any witnesses or security cameras?

A friend was hit by a car while walking her dog on Saturday at the intersection of Missouri and 8th place / 7th street in Phoenix. The car fled the scene and my friend is in critical condition. If anyone has any information or witnessed the accident, please reach out to the police. I've checked and there are no Flock cameras in the area.
