Good quality townhouse builders in Bedford and Lower Sackville?

I'm looking for a new home and want to find a reliable builder in Bedford or Lower Sackville. I've heard mixed things about the industry, but I'm hoping to find someone who does quality work. Can anyone recommend a good builder or give me some advice on how to find one?

Sorry to be cynical, but the concept of a good builder in Bedford and/or Lower Sackville doesn't really compute.

I understand that the industry can be hit-or-miss, but I'm still looking for the best option. Any recommendations would be great!

I've had a good experience with a general contractor in Middle Sackville, but they've since retired. I recommend checking out Viewpoint, which is free, and looking for builders who have only a few projects under their belt. That way, you can get more personal references and see the homes they've built.

You can pick a builder or a location, but not both. If someone recommends a developer, but they don't have any projects in your desired area, that's not a good option.

I'm thinking townhomes are essentially a row of houses connected together. However, I'm not aware if it's possible to hire a custom builder for a project like that.

They're all hiring from the same pool of subcontractors, so it's hard to find a builder who really stands out.
