I have a Golden Visa with my family since 2022, and I recently quit my job and moved out of the UAE. My health insurance is expiring this month, and I'm curious to know about the validity of my visa and what I need to do to keep it active.

You'll need to get a health insurance policy, otherwise you'll face a fine of 200 AED each month. I found a cheap policy in Dubai that should work.

Your Golden Visas don't lapse after six months abroad, and you don't need to file anything with ICP to preserve them. However, you should arrange for UAE health insurance before returning, as uninsured residents can face a 300 AED monthly penalty.
