Calgary Expats and Digital Nomads: Extend Your Deadline for Alberta’s $100 Energy Rebate
Albertans, including expats and digital nomads living in or currently based in Calgary, have more time to secure the $100 Energy Rebate. The deadline has been extended to October 31, giving everyone an extra month to apply for this one-time payment.

The rebate is available to Albertans who are 18 or older, have filed a 2025 tax return, and have a household income of $225,000 or less. Applications can be submitted through a secure online portal.
