B1 evisa application online not working?

I'm trying to apply for a B1 evisa but the online application isn't working properly. I'm stuck on a page that asks for my province, city, district, and village, but it won't let me fill in these fields and keeps telling me they're empty.

To fill in the form, try deleting all the other fields and just enter the postcode first.

Delete the address field. Enter the postcode. This will enable the text fields, although there's a known bug in the form that the developers haven't fixed.
