What lighting setup do you have for foggy nights on the Abu Dhabi to Dubai highway?

I've been driving back from Dubai to Abu Dhabi late at night and the white fog lamps on my 2019 BMW 530i don't seem to help much in thick fog. I'm thinking of switching to yellow fog lights for safety.

In my experience, white lights aren't particularly effective in foggy conditions, but yellow lights might be more helpful. I often encounter thick fog on the highway between Abu Dhabi and Dubai between 2:30 and 3:30 am.
