Festival de Papalotes 'Vamos a Volar, Vida Marina'
The first Festival de Papalotes 'Vamos a Volar, Vida Marina' in Playa Sol, Puerto Morelos, was a colorful and engaging event that combined creativity, physical activity, and environmental awareness. Families and visitors participated in activities ranging from a papalote design competition to a recreational and sporting rally, fostering a sense of community and respect for nature. One of the standout activities was the concurso de papalotes , where participants, using recyclable materials, created designs inspired by marine life. The event not only provided entertainment but also encouraged sustainability through the use of eco-friendly materials. The first-place winner, Gabriel Iván Ceballos Crespo , took home a prize of 1,500 pesos for his 'Pulpo Rojo' design.
