Reef 28 is a cool spot because you can choose to NOT do an all-inclusive package (you dont want AI because Playa has so many fun bars and restaurants), it's adults only so you dont have to worry about screaming and running children and it's right in the middle of everything.

It has an excellent rooftop with music and a view and I think they still do a foam party once a week.
