I need a dedicated desk with fast internet, AC, and a professional environment for video calls. What are the options and prices?

I've been rotating through coworking spaces here for three years, so I'll give you the real talk. What's great, what's overhyped, and where I actually spend my days.

Nest Coworking on 10th Ave near 30th Street is the most popular for a reason. The wifi is fast, I've tested it at 100+ Mbps consistently. Good AC, private phone booths for calls (this matters!), and they do community events regularly. There's even a rooftop with a plunge pool for when you need to reset your brain jaja. Day pass is $250 MXN, dedicated desk $4,500 MXN/month, private offices from $8,000/month. The crowd is mostly entrepreneurs and freelancers, and the networking has genuinely helped my business.

Bunker near the ADO terminal is where I go when I need to lock in and focus. Quieter than Nest, excellent internet, free coffee. $200 MXN day pass, $3,500 monthly.

Terminal Cowork is newer with a modern design, $3,000/month for a hot desk. Good startup energy. Homework Playa in Gonzalo Guerrero is small and cozy, $2,500/month. It feels like working from a friend's really nice apartment, which I love some days.

On a budget, Selina inside the hostel is $150 MXN/day or $2,000/month. The wifi is decent but it can get noisy with the hostel crowd. Or you can do what a lot of us do: rotate between Ojo de Agua, Mura Cafe, and Ah Cacao, spending $100-200 MXN on coffee per session. Not great for calls, but perfect for focus work.

My advice: do a trial day at both Nest and Bunker before committing to anything monthly. Run a speed test during YOUR actual working hours, not on a quiet Tuesday morning. Check how many phone booths they have relative to members. And ask about guest policies if you sometimes work with people.

Personally, I landed at Nest for the community. The people I've met there have become some of my closest friends in Playa.
