What's replacing the former Salad & Go locations in Phoenix?

I've noticed a few of the old Salad & Go locations have been replaced with new businesses. I'd love to know what's taking over the spaces.

The rapid expansion of 7 Brew is quite astonishing. A similar, albeit less rapid, expansion led to the demise of Salad and Go, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Would it be possible to swap locations? I'd prefer a different takeover to the one I currently have.

I'm disappointed that the new locations are mostly coffee shops, rather than places to grab food. Observing the long drive-through lines at Starbucks in the morning suggests that selling coffee from these locations could be a good business decision, but the lack of variety in the menu is a drawback.

One of the things I liked about Salad and Go was that they offered a different type of fast food. I used to go there, but I'm not sure why I stopped. Hopefully, the new salad place will be a good alternative.
