I'm considering a job opportunity that allows me to work from home, but the pay is quite low, only $300 per month. I'm wondering if anyone would accept such a job.

No way, you'd be better off asking for money on the street.

Those are $10 a day.

For 12 hours, haha. Literally, one hour of work for 83 cents.

Is this modern slavery? No, even if it were 9:00 to 5/6:00. That's not worth half-time.

I'd take it if it's a consecutive week.

No, working from home doesn't mean less stress, in fact, you get overwhelmed quite a bit. You won't spend money on fuel or transportation, or eating out, but you'll still spend electricity and food. If you told me you'd work 12 hours a day for $2500-$3000 from home, I'd say go for it, but for $300? You can't even live off that for a fortnight.
