Created by chef/owner Sean “Sonny” Nguyen, the restaurant combines modern cocktails with traditional Japanese pub food. The concept is built around the Japanese term “ichigo ichie”, meaning to live in the moment. Tori Tori offers a unique experience, from classic cocktails to grilled skewers over charcoal.
