PaperMap Theater Returns with a Classic American Show in Thornton Park
It’s been a while since I’ve seen a great theater production, and PaperMap Theater is bringing the magic back to Thornton Park with another American classic. As a retired chef who has called Orlando home for nearly two years, I’m thrilled to share this news with fellow expats and digital nomads.

PaperMap Theater, which has been entertaining audiences for years, is staging 'The Crucible' by Arthur Miller in the heart of Thornton Park. This play, set during the infamous Salem witch trials, promises to be a gripping and thought-provoking experience. The production is scheduled to run from October 1st to October 30th, giving locals and visitors plenty of time to catch a show.
For those of you who are theater enthusiasts, I highly recommend visiting PaperMap Theater. They’ve got a fantastic venue, and the performances are always top-notch. In fact, if you’re looking for a place to grab a bite before or after the show, check out Flamingo Bistro just a stone’s throw away. It’s a charming spot with delicious food that pairs perfectly with an evening of drama.
If you’re more into something a bit different, you might want to consider The Biscuit Bar. They offer a unique twist on Southern comfort food, which could be a delightful change of pace after a heavy theater experience. Additionally, The Biscuit Bar is known for its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, making it a great spot for a casual dinner or a quick snack.
