The studio is located in the pristine Blue Zone of Santa Marta in Nosara, Guanacaste Costa Rica.
The gorgeous ocean and fresh lush national jungle forest reserve makes this an ideal setting for movement classes, retreats, and trainings.
Our mission is to move beings through trauma.
By moving in certain ways we help release all kinds of trauma stored in the body.
Whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual trauma, it is trapped and it needs to be released to achieve the highest potential of the human body.
We provide client sessions and Teacher Training afor both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods.
