What happened to Thinh An Kitchen & Tofu in Tampa?

I was in the area after doing paperwork, and I wanted to have some fried tofu. I was just there last week. And I see online that they are 'permanently closed'?! I can't access the Facebook or website. They're not picking up the phone. Haven't they been a staple in Tampa for quite a while? Does anybody know what happened?

The restaurant's fortunes changed for the worse after a new owner took over a few years ago. The quality of food and service declined significantly, and it's a shame, because it was once a popular spot.

It's really disappointing to see how far the restaurant has fallen. I was there about six weeks ago and the food was unappetizing. It's a shame, because it used to be one of my favorite spots.
