Alchemize House

Alchemize House is Mexico's first social wellness club, opened in November 2023 in Sayulita. It's a trauma-informed, community-first space built around nervous system health: contrast therapy (sauna, cold plunge, rooftop pool) alongside yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and sound healing classes.

Come for a single class or day pass, or join as a member for unlimited access. Between sessions there's a co-working lounge for getting work done and a rooftop for slowing down. It's a sober, daytime space where wellness-focused travelers, digital nomads, remote workers, and Sayulita locals show up regularly, get to know each other, and feel safe enough to go inward.

If you're passing through Sayulita or living here, Alchemize House is a place to heal, move, work, and connect, all under one roof.
