The unveiling was held at Casa Condal, with Mayor Juan Antonio Peña, Cultural Councillor Juan Martel, and other attendees present.

The Finaos tradition is a vital part of Canarian culture, and the 2026 celebration will honor the generations who carried on these customs. This year's program is designed to showcase the essence of the Finaos with an array of cultural offerings, including traditional dances, a chestnut fire, and musical performances.
The event aims to preserve and celebrate the Finaos, a festival that dates back centuries and is steeped in tradition. For those interested in experiencing this unique Canarian event, this is a must-see event in Telde.
