I've worked at Disney World for a while, but I've heard mixed things about Universal. I've always been a Disney fan, but working at Disney has changed my perspective. I'm curious to know from people who have worked at both - what's the main difference between the two? Do you think Universal treats its employees better?

I preferred working at Universal over Disney. One reason was that Universal sold meals to employees at cost, whereas my Disney cafeteria was run by a third-party vendor and charged me over an hour of pay for lunch.
