What are the contexts in which the 'Potvin Sucks' chant is heard in NYC?

I'm a hockey fan and I've noticed that the 'Potvin Sucks' chant is not just limited to New York Rangers home games at Madison Square Garden. I've heard it at other games and even concerts at MSG. Is this true? If so, where else have you heard it?

I heard the whole arena was chanting 'Potvin Sucks' at a concert in 2019 when they played the song 'Tweezer'.

I was at the concert and had no idea what people were chanting, but the 'Tweezer' was amazing, and it's a song that really gets the crowd going.

I've only heard it at Rangers games, but maybe once at a Knicks game around 2008-2009 when the crowd was really dead. I don't think it's part of the general sports culture.

I've heard it a lot, especially when a team was failing to win more championships than another team, despite being 50 years older as a franchise.

I agree with the previous poster, I've never heard a team produce a player of remotely Potvin's caliber.
