If I could implement one change, it would be to make it a crime punishable by death for politicians and their families to have any kind of corruption or enrichment through public funds. I would also make sure that politicians earn the minimum wage to avoid feeling more important than the population and to limit campaign expenses to what is necessary and verifiable.

I would implement several changes to improve Mexico City. Firstly, I would reduce public spending and lower taxes. Secondly, I would make the IMSS system similar to the Afores system. Thirdly, I would privatize the metro system partially and make it similar to the MTR in Hong Kong, focusing on the real estate sector and allowing private property to support the construction of new lines in exchange for tax deductions.

I would implement two changes to improve Mexico City. Firstly, I would reform the noise pollution laws to prevent companies from selling motorcycles that emit more than a certain decibel level. Secondly, I would implement a law to preserve the government's identity and prevent politicians from changing the logo or colors associated with their party.

I agree with you that the government's identity should be preserved and not changed with each new government. It's absurd that something as important as this is subject to negotiation and often benefits a friend of the politician in power.
