What are the budget-friendly hotels near Palacio de Bellas Artes?

I'm visiting Mexico City every winter from the United States and I'm looking for budget-friendly hotels near Palacio de Bellas Artes, specifically in the Madero area or nearby, where I can also go out and have fun without breaking the bank.

One hotels are economic and located a short walk from Bellas Artes, right in front of the Hemiciclo a Juárez. You can walk to Madero in 10 minutes.

I recommend the Centra2 hotel, located near the Ciudadela, about 10-15 minutes from Bellas Artes. It's a good option for a night out and has accessible prices, plus it's always clean.

Actually, there are two options near Tacuba: Parque Via is cheap but very basic, or the HOT Elite, which is a bit pricier but has more style and amenities.
