La CND Muestra Avances en Proyectos de Desarrollo en El Salvador
As an expat running surf tours out of La Libertad's harbor, I've been following the ongoing efforts to develop the region. The latest meeting of the Consejo Nacional para el Desarrollo (CND) brought to light significant progress in various strategic projects that could impact the local and national economy.

During the I Reunión Ordinaria, Vicepresident Félix Ulloa presented the progress on key initiatives like the First National Youth Report and the Specialized Report on Health and Well-being in El Salvador. These reports are crucial for understanding the needs of young people and improving the healthcare system, which are both vital for the region's growth.
The CND is also working on enhancing its collaboration with international organizations and private sectors. This includes the development of a monitoring and evaluation platform for the strategic development objectives (OEDs) and the ongoing process to consult and design a National Youth Survey for 2027.
While these developments are promising, they also highlight the importance of sustained effort and collaboration. For surfers and businesses alike, staying informed about these initiatives can provide valuable opportunities for engagement and support.
