The Government of Isla Mujeres has launched a free rabies vaccination campaign for pets in both the Insular and Continental zones. The campaign was organized by Atenea Gómez Ricalde, Mayor of Isla Mujeres, with the aim of strengthening animal welfare and public health. Two mobile clinics were set up at the Domo Verde on the Insular zone and the Domo Hugo Ravell in the Continental zone to reach out to residents in both areas.
