I've heard they offer remote work, but all the experiences I've seen are from the US. I'd like to know about their work policy in PR and if it's worth applying for.

I worked with them for 2 years remotely. They'll exploit you. They say you have vacations, but you can never choose them. There are months when no one can take vacations because it's high season. There's no opportunity for growth unless you become buddies with the supervisor to become a trainer or supervisor for $1 or $2 more. The salary varies from $10 to $16 depending on the section you're in (I was at $14). They complain that people quit or are late, but they force you to do overtime. They say they're short-staffed and work you 8-10 hours in B2B shifts, then fire people.

Thanks for the feedback. For now, I'm going to prioritize my mental health and pass on this opportunity.

I quit because of my mental health. It took me 3 months to lower my anxiety. I don't miss it and I'd rather be poor than have health problems from a company that easily replaces you.

Hello, I currently work for the company, and for now, I'm using it as a tool since my original job and passion are underpaid in PR. If you apply, apply for the EBT area, it's lower in calls. Otherwise, don't look here or get close, take care of yourself and value yourself.

What's EBT? Is it a bilingual translator?
