What to do when Calgary's cold/flu season lasts forever?

I've been feeling under the weather for weeks and I'm starting to think it's not just a cold or flu. I've been anemic for a while, so I'm wondering if that's making me more susceptible to illness. Has anyone else been dealing with a lingering cold or flu in Calgary?

My kids have been unwell since September 12, experiencing congestion, cough, and sore throat. I've been feeling a lingering sense of unease for weeks, wondering if I'm coming down with something. While I haven't felt genuinely ill, my children have been dealing with these symptoms for weeks.

I recently recovered from COVID-19, but I'm still feeling the aftereffects. Two weeks ago, I was desperate for relief and tried a lymphatic facial massage, which might have actually provided some benefits.

There's been a significant increase in COVID-19 cases in Calgary this fall, which makes it a plausible explanation for my current symptoms.

I just assume everything is covid now. Irrespective of whether it's cold, flu or covid, the 'treatment' is basically just to wait it out.
