For an appraisal of your vintage fur coat, visit Marc Kaufman Furs, which offers a good appraisal service and can help you determine the value of your coat. They will also be honest with you about whether the coat is worth the hassle or if it's just a dust collector.

I'm an Australian retiree living in Queens, looking for plasma donation recommendations in the area. I'm in good health, eat well, and stay active, and I'm interested in donating plasma regularly. I'd like to know where to donate, how often I can donate, and what to expect in terms of compensation.
I applied for a Copy Editing job at B&H Photo and they want to do an in-person interview, but I'm hesitant after doing some research on the company's history of lawsuits and workplace discrimination.
My building recently got a new landlord and they switched to a different platform which said that I have to pay via checks. Annoying but whatever. Then I had a conversation with some of the market rate tenants and turns out that they've been paying rent online this whole time, while my account doesn't have this option. I talked to more people and turns out that the landlord doesn't accept online payments from all rent-stabilized tenants in our building. Is it legal? Is there anything we can do?
Olgam Life is a legitimate option for plasma donation, allowing individuals to donate about twice a week. They have a few locations and pay relatively okay, making it a suitable choice for those in need of extra income.
