Sauvageau Laboratory

2950 Chem. de Polytechnique local 1355, Montreal, Quebec H3T 1J4, Canada

About

The Sauvageau Lab investigates how hematopoietic stem cells renew themselves, how to expand them for the clinic, and how the genomics of acute myeloid leukemia can guide better therapies. The lab focuses on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and develops innovative strategies to expand hematopoietic stem cells in culture for clinical purposes. The lab combines genomics, bioinformatics, medicinal chemistry, and molecular and cell biology to improve AML stratification and identify novel therapeutic strategies. The lab is part of the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer (IRIC) at Université de Montréal.
