I'm visiting Mexico City for a week and I'd love to play some basketball with locals. I've heard it's a great way to practice my Spanish and meet new people.

Pueblo de Santa Cruz Atoyac metrobus courts offer some of the best pickup ball in Mexico City. To get there, take the metrobus from La Roma and you'll arrive safely in a few minutes. Alternatively, you can take the metro from Parque de los Venados station. I'm planning to play there tonight, and I'd love for you to join me.

Parque Arboledas is a great option for playing basketball. It's located in a safe area and has multiple courts. This park is a popular spot for sports enthusiasts, and you can easily find it on a map by searching for Parque Arboledas in Mexico City.

You should check out the Viveros de Coyoacán. They have courts and often have people playing. The courts are near the entrance on Pérez Valenzuela. Just keep in mind that they close around 6 pm.

In addition to Parque Pilares and Viveros, I'd also recommend checking out Tlacoquemécatl Park. It's a great spot for sports, and you can easily find it on a map by searching for Tlacoquemécatl Park in Mexico City.
