Where can I find guanciale in Mexico City?

I've seen Sabio's guanciale in their store on Ayuntamiento street in Coyoacán, but I've never tried it.

Have you checked the San Juan market? They have a variety of cured meats, including some less common ones like fuet and sobrasada.

dmitri • There's a company that makes guanciale and sells it at City Market, I highly recommend it. They also have a store at Piazza Pasticcio in Juárez, where they sometimes sell their guanciale.
