Liverpool preventa: ¿qué pasa si el juego no llega a tiempo?

Liverpool preventa: ¿qué pasa si el juego no llega a tiempo?

I was worried about my Zelda pre-order at Liverpool because I heard horror stories from people who ordered it and had issues. I ordered it to pick up in-store so I wouldn't have to wait for shipping, but now I'm worried my game won't arrive on time.

I pre-ordered a physical game for the first time, as I usually opt for digital releases or wait a few weeks for physical copies. It's now been updated to 'packaging ready'. I pre-ordered it when the pre-sale began.

My pre-order still says 'stock initiated', I guess that's normal since I chose to pick it up in-store with the 'click & collect' option.

My brother told me that his friend pre-ordered the Horizon Forbidden West and it took a bit longer than a week after the release date to get it.

My pre-order is still in 'stock initiated'.

I usually pre-ordered from other places because the discount is good, but it's known that they delay or cancel a lot of deliveries. If it's not a game you really want, it's worth looking for other options. Sanborns or Mercado Libre have been the best in my experience, with good prices and delivery on the release day or even a day before.

I never pre-order anything from Liverpool again because it takes longer to arrive and you can get it on the day of the release if they have it in-store.
