Laos Airlines is better than Lane Xang and Lao Skyways, but it's still not the most reliable option.

You can try contacting them on WhatsApp at +8562055541626, but be aware that their customer service may not be very responsive.

Laos Airlines has been experiencing some technical issues with their website lately, but you can try contacting them on WhatsApp or by email during Lao working hours to get confirmation of your booking.

I usually print off my flight confirmation to avoid any issues, but if you didn't receive one, you can try contacting Laos Airlines by text or email to get confirmation of your booking.
