Tommy Trojan

Tommy Trojan is a statue of a bronzed Trojan warrior located in the center of the USC campus. It was unveiled in 1930 to commemorate the university's 50th jubilee and has since become a popular meeting place and symbol of the university's spirit. The statue is a composite of many USC football players from the late 20s and is inscribed with the university's seal and motto. It has been painted blue and gold by UCLA pranksters on several occasions, but is now protected during the annual USC-UCLA football game.
