Omar Vázquez, the company's general director, emphasized the potential of the sargazo plantations and their ability to contribute to sustainable tourism in the Caribbean.
The company is seeking international investors to finance the construction of these new plants, each estimated to cost between 3 to 5 million pesos. This move aims to capitalize on the sargazo's potential as a sustainable resource in the region.
