Living in Hoi An, Vietnam, as a remote UX designer, I've had plenty of time to explore the city's unique coffee culture. One of the most fascinating aspects is the traditional Vietnamese phin filter. While it might seem imperfect by modern technical standards, it's the simplicity of this method that produces a rich, distinctive brew that has become deeply intertwined with Vietnam’s Robusta beans and coffee culture.
