Isla Mujeres: C2 Surveillance Helps Catch Vandalism Suspect
As a property manager on Isla Mujeres, I’ve seen our island thrive with its stunning beaches and strong community. However, like any community, it’s not immune to occasional issues, such as vandalism. Recently, the C2 surveillance system played a key role in catching a suspect accused of vandalism in the 'Paseo de las Sirenas' area.

According to a local news report, the C2 cameras identified a suspect, Julio N., who was caught in the act of vandalizing the new malecon. The case took an interesting turn when the authorities discovered that Julio N. had a history of similar offenses in Michoacán.
It's important for all residents and visitors to report any vandalism they witness. The local authorities have provided multiple channels for reporting: 911 for emergencies, 089 for anonymous tips, and 998 999 00 51 for the police. These measures ensure that any act of vandalism can be swiftly addressed.
