On a sunny day in Isla Mujeres, the community came together for the annual Carrera de Colores. This event, organized by the Sistema DIF Isla Mujeres in collaboration with the Juvenile Affairs Office, brought together young people and families for a day filled with fun, exercise, and a celebration of health and unity.
- The race started at the Parque Las Hormiguitas and ended at the Casa del Adulto Mayor.
- The course was along the Avenida Paseo de las Aves.
- Air filled with music, dance, and recreational activities awaited participants at the finish line.
- The event also marked the conclusion of the Verano PANNAR activities, showcasing talents in DJ and photography.
Atenea Gómez Ricalde, a local figure, highlighted the ongoing efforts to create spaces and opportunities for young people on the island. With energy and a spirit of togetherness, this event truly embodies the essence of island life.
