A Thirsty's location can be found near the Dillards end cap at First Colony Mall. Their smoothies are quite popular, and for good reason - they make a delicious one.

I recall visiting a Thirsty's store in the Galleria area, near the staircase. It's definitely a unique location.

Exploring Houston's abandoned malls was an interesting experience, and Thirsty's was often the only thing that kept me coming back. I'd always make sure to collect their stamps and order a Blueberry Banana smoothie.
