Unity Breathwork offers private and public 1-1 and group breathwork sessions in Sayulita, Mexico and online. We also offer bi-yearly retreats in Sayulita and a Breathwork Facilitator Training.
This type of breathwork alters your consciousness and opens the door for very deep transformations and healing to occur. It oxygenates your body, promotes detoxification, and can leave you feeling energized and refreshed. It can also provide you with new important insights and may allow you the opportunity to release trauma and let go of things that no longer serve you. Some describe this type of breathwork as being 're-born.'
