What's happening with fast food chains in Santurce?

I was at Pizza Hut in Santurce last Saturday for their buffet and it was closed due to lack of inventory. I've heard rumors that the franchises are struggling with debts to their distributors. I've also seen issues with the air conditioning, dishwashers, and music at Taco Bell and KFC. Are these rumors true?

Encantos Foods, the parent company of Pizza Hut, KFC, and Taco Bell in Puerto Rico, has been struggling financially for a long time and has had to sell some of its assets. The only franchise that seems to be functioning relatively well is Taco Bell.
