Can I get my renewed driver's license sent by mail in Santurce?

I renewed my driver's license and had an appointment at CESCO to pick it up, but I couldn't make it due to a personal situation. Now I'm wondering if I can request that they send it to me by mail or if I have to go back and schedule another appointment.

That was my first try, but like others said, they never answer the phone

When I renewed my license, I did it through the app with two months' advance notice. I initially requested mail delivery, but that never happened. I went to CESCO to ask about it, before the deadline passed, and they told me they weren't sending it out. They gave me a same-day appointment, and I got my license 20 minutes later. My suggestion is to try to do the process at your nearest CESCO and see if you can get your license.

Just schedule another appointment as soon as possible and go pick it up, don't overcomplicate it
