I'm planning a trip from the US to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and I'm concerned about bringing 10 cans of smokeless tobacco, which I think may exceed the 200 gram limit. I'd like to know how strictly customs enforces this rule.

I brought 10 cans of Velos, which are nicotine pouches, not tobacco, and didn't encounter any issues, but it's worth noting that they're a different product.
