Vallarta ArtWalk: A Weekly Stroll Through the City’s Creative Hubs
The Vallarta ArtWalk returns on October 28, 2026, bringing a cultural experience to Puerto Vallarta’s historic downtown every Wednesday evening from 6 to 10 pm. This event, which has been a staple in the city since 1996, invites residents and visitors to explore local galleries and meet the artists behind the artwork.
Planning Your Visit
- Download or pick up the official ArtWalk map at any participating gallery.
- Obtain free printed brochures with gallery profiles and route maps from local hotels and businesses.
- Experience the charm of walking along cobblestone streets, passing by the Malecón and its sculptures.
Participating galleries include Galería de Ollas, THE LOFT Galería, Colectika, and Galería Omar Alonso. The event is free and self-guided, making it an accessible and enjoyable activity for all. If you can’t make the Wednesday night, don’t worry; most galleries also open their doors during regular business hours.
