Did Federico's remove salsa bars?

Did Federico's remove salsa bars?

Restaurants & Cafés 3 answers • Erin
I love walking into the downtown Glendale location, placing my order, and then heading to the salsa bar to create my own sauces to take home. Recently, I visited twice and found the salsa bar empty. I asked the staff if they got rid of it, and they said yes, citing it wasn't cost-effective. I'm wondering if this is a change at all locations.

I visited the one on 99th Ave a few days ago, and the salsa bar was still there. You might want to try that location.

I can understand why they'd make that decision, but it's still a bummer. Luckily, there are plenty of other great taquerias in the Phoenix area with awesome salsa bars.

I went to the Federico's on 43rd and Peoria, and it's actually been closed down and turned into a taco place. I used to get my chorizo burritos there.
