Water Crisis at UABCS: SAPA Identifies Leak, But Fix Is Delayed

According to SAPA (Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado), they have identified a significant leak in the water supply system at UABCS (Universidad Autónoma de Baja California Sur), but unfortunately, a solution is not yet on the horizon.
