I see so many extra cars collecting dust in this town, and I wonder what the owners are thinking. All of these old cars have some value, but that value declines every day. But maybe these old cars owners think the opposite.

I live near a neighbor who has three cars parked outside, with the oldest one dating back to 1998. He only moves it occasionally, and I've asked him about his plans for the vehicle. He mentioned waiting for it to appreciate in value.
