What's up with the gas cylinders in La Libertad?

I was at Tropigas filling up my gas cylinder and I noticed it's now painted blue and yellow, which looks similar to the Z Gas cylinder. I'm not sure if it's a new thing or if Tropigas is just painting their cylinders differently. Is there any issue with using a Z Gas cylinder at Tropigas or vice versa?

Actually, it's not a big deal. Before, each gas company managed their own cylinders, so you could only get a replacement from the same company. But now, there's a law that allows any gas company to fill any cylinder, regardless of the color or brand. So, it's better to check the seal on the cylinder to see which company filled it.

Nowadays, you can see gas cylinders of different colors, not just the usual yellow for Tropigas and blue for Z Gas. I've seen orange and green ones too. What matters is that the seal is intact, which means it's full, not half full.

There's a universal filling law, all gas stations receive and fill cylinders of any color. The only difference is the seal, blue, orange, red, or yellow.
