Is Caffè Nero in Warsaw normal with moldy oranges?

I was waiting in line to get a coffee at Caffè Nero on Krakowskie Przedmieście when I noticed some moldy oranges. I pointed it out to the employee, but he just said 'My colleague will handle it.' Then he started making fresh orange juice from the same basket. Am I overreacting or is this disgusting?

I find it quite disturbing that the employees didn't take any action when I pointed out the moldy oranges. I would have expected them to handle the situation more professionally.

It's possible that they purchased the moldy oranges from a nearby supermarket, such as Biedronka.
